Refund policy
We offer a 15-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Replacement:
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused and in original condition with packaging
- Have proof of purchase
Important Note (Hearing Aids)-
Hearing aids are personalized medical devices that require programming.
π Once the sealed package is opened, the product becomes non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
- There is a manufacturing defect, or
- The device is not functioning (not switching on)
Defective or Damaged Products-
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Returns Without Prior Approval
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds are only processed in cases where replacement is not possible
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
