We offer a 15-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement:

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition with packaging
  • Have proof of purchase

Important Note (Hearing Aids)-

Hearing aids are personalized medical devices that require programming.

  • There is a manufacturing defect, or
  • The device is not functioning (not switching on)

Refunds
